What is ECE-TRIS?

The Early Care and Education Training Record Information System, otherwise known as ECE-TRIS, offers professional development and quality improvement tools in one centralized website in order to support early childhood educators in Kentucky. ECE-TRIS provides 24-hour access to comprehensive data for customized reports as well as aggregate data on training hours, training participants, training requirements, and so much more.

The ECE-TRIS system is able to benefit both employees of a childcare facility as well as owners and directors. Employees can take ownership of their professional development training by being able to locate and sign up for opportunities at any time. Owners and directors can view or print their staff’s training records and also monitor their progress to meeting licensure requirements.

On ECE-TRIS, a wide variety of childcare training listings are provided. ECE-TRIS manages all of your trainings and keep the records all in one place. The system allows you to locate training by a specific trainer or by specific keywords. AIR Child Care Training Solutions has several courses listed on the ECE-TRIS.
