This course will give you an understanding of what self-esteem is, why it’s important, and how to build a healthy level of self-esteem in children. Self-esteem begins to develop at infancy and continues to evolve throughout childhood. Parents, caregivers, and educators have a large impact on children’s self -esteem making it vital that they know how to help foster positive development and how to maintain a well-balanced self-worth. This course will also challenge you to take a look at your own self-esteem and how it will affect your children in your classroom.

  • Courses must be taken within the first 120 days after purchase. This includes in-person skills assessment if you have purchased a blended course. If you fail to complete the course before the expiration date, a $15 course reinstatement fee can be purchased for a two-week course extension. Please contact customer service for this option.

    Beneficial training

It was short enough for my training availability and I learned quite a few things that I could implement in my work with preschoolers but also for my own older children.
