Teachers will gain professional growth as they evaluate current practice and acquire tools for understanding and managing the behavior of young children. Learning and social-emotional development of the young child is greatly enhanced in an emotionally safe environment with caregivers who guide the developing child toward increasingly appropriate behavior.
