Students will gain an understanding of the overall management of a childcare facility. This class will discuss overall business management, professionalism, staff management, family connections, as well as fees and payment policies. This class will guide students on how to develop policies and procedures for staff and parents.
- Courses must be taken within the first 120 days after purchase. This includes in-person skills assessment if you have purchased a blended course. If you fail to complete the course before the expiration date, a $15 course reinstatement fee can be purchased for a two-week course extension. Please contact customer service for this option.
