This course will strengthen leadership skills in administrators. Administrators have many responsibilities and the amount of time spent working with their team can sometimes be overwhelming. Their busy schedules give administrators little availability to complete their own tasks and personal development leaving admins wondering how to set healthy boundaries and find more time in their busy day. This course will teach administrators the importance of effective communication and provide the tools necessary to motivate their teams to become the most successful professionals and assets to their company.
