This training explores ways that teachers can help children make sense of their world through open-ended, playful mathematical explorations of their environment and solve problems in real situations. This training analyzes how the teacher can be more effective in helping children gain deeper understandings of mathematical concepts through posing open-ended questions, adding knowledge and insight knowledge as an active player/learner in their play.

Courses must be taken within the first 120 days after purchase. This includes in-person skills assessment if you have purchased a blended course. If you fail to complete the course before the expiration date, a $15 course reinstatement fee can be purchased for a two-week course extension. Please contact customer service for this option.
