There are more generations working together today than ever before in history. When we work with people from different age groups, we may notice areas of difference, misunderstanding or  even conflict. In ECE, we also see how generational difference impacts parenting decisions and values. This course will help educators communicate effectively with individuals from different generations – both in the workplace team and in parent-teacher relationships.

  • Courses must be taken within the first 120 days after purchase. This includes in-person skills assessment if you have purchased a blended course. After 120 days, courses will expire. No extensions will be given.
