Transitions can be frustrating and difficult for both children and adults because they mean that something is changing. In order to effectively support young children in navigating the big and little transitions they will continuously face, teachers and caregivers must be able to relate to the challenges of coping with change. The development of this intermediate training is based on consultation with early childhood educators indicating the need for broadening teacher strategies for guiding learners in their coping abilities, while working as a team to effectively embrace changes in the workplace.
- Courses must be taken within the first 120 days after purchase. This includes in-person skills assessment if you have purchased a blended course. After 120 days, courses will expire. No extensions will be given.
