The Louisiana Pathways Early Learning Center Career Development System strives to improve the quality of childcare throughout Louisiana. One of the many services that they provide to help improve quality of childcare is the Louisiana Pathways Trainer Registry.

The Louisiana Pathways Trainer Registry provides support to early childhood professionals by tracks training, recognizes achievements, and provides scholarships. The Louisiana Pathways Trainer Registry approves trainings from qualified trainers. AIR Child Care Training Solutions offers trainings under the trainer Pam Oviatt (Trainer Number: IND-001888).

According to the Louisiana Department of Education, early childhood professionals are required to complete twelve (12) clock hours of training annually.
